Interpipe Customer Community – a single online platform for information exchange between the customer and the company. The service was created specifically to facilitate the process of ordering products and monitoring their production for our customers.

Interpipe Customer Community provides the next opportunities:
  • Quickly place an online request for the product production.
  • Track the status of acceptance of the order, as well as follow the stages of production and shipment of each item of the order online.
  • Track the delivery of finished products in online mode.
  • Communicate with an Interpipe representative on each order via the platform.
  • Track the history of inquiries/correspondence with the sales manager.
  • Independently submit suggestions and complaints about orders to make our interaction even stronger.
  • Contact the Interpipe back office.
How to join the Interpipe Customer Community portal?
  1. Please notify your sales manager. A personal account will be created for you.
  2. Receive a letter via the email and follow the link to sign up.
  3. Complete the registration of your account by creating a password for it and start working on the portal.
