Administrative Provision Department
Employees of this Department are responsible for development, introduction, and support to the system of administrative, information, and documentary services for INTERPIPE activities. The area of this Department's responsibility also includes the social sphere, transport, and subscription for periodicals.

Information Technology Department
Employees of this Department are responsible for implementation of strategies in the IT sphere. Company’s experts provide the required support to the IT infrastructure and are also involved in the development of software for all Departments of the Company. The major functional of the Department also includes technical support, system administration, industrial automation, and information security.

Corporate Law Department
Employees of the Corporate Law Department are responsible for development of the Company’s corporate management model; control the transparency of the Company’s structure and its management; and are also responsible for development of corporate procedures and compliance with them.

Corporate Relations Department
The list of this Department’s tasks includes implementation of the Company’s PR strategy and communication policies, coordination of internal and external communications, and promotion of the Company’s image at strategic markets. The Department’s functional also includes information to internal audiences, work with the mass media, arrangement of corporate events, and support to sales with respect to marketing communications.

HR Department
Employees of this Department are engaged in the process of complex staff management for both the managing company and the production assets. This Department is responsible for development and introduction of labor assessment and remuneration systems, and also for employment policies, staff training and development, formation of the corporate culture, and administration of the staff records at the Company.

Sales Department
This Department is responsible for planning and management of the Company’s commercial activities, development and implementation of marketing strategies, and development of sales channels. Sales offices, located at the key markets for the Company (in the USA, UAE, Switzerland, Russia, and Kazakhstan), are also a part of this Department’s structure. Employees of this Department participate directly in the sales process; ensure support to the deals; analyze the results of commercial activities; and develop initiatives, aimed at the enhancement of the sales efficiency.

Production and Procurement Activity Department
Employees of the Production and Procurement Activity Department are responsible for implementation of the Company’s production program. The list of this Department’s major functions includes procurement of inventory holdings and services for all divisions and assets of the Company, implementation of investment projects, and initiation of production programs, aimed at the reduction of the products’ prime cost.

Economic Security Department
This Department is responsible for ensuring of Company’s economic security. The Department’s major functional includes development and introduction of efficient policies for prevention and revelation of cases of economic offences, analysis on partners’ and competitors’ actions, and analysis and control over the accounts receivable. Legal Department is also a part of this Department’s structure.

Finance and Economy Department
Employees of this Department implement the Company’s development strategy for finances and economy. The list of their duties also includes budget formation and execution control and financial planning. In addition to that, employees of the Finance and Economy Department are responsible for the business profitability function; participate in the development of production plans and sales plans; and are the ones to calculate the prime cost of Company’s products.
