  26.07.2010Metal Bulletin: Interpipe opens third warehouse for pipe in Kazakhstan
Ukrainian pipemaker and railway wheel producer Interpipe has opened its third pipe warehouse in Kazakhstan, the Company said. The new site at Atyrau, on the Caspian Sea, will process 3,000 tonnes per month, Interpipe said. “The opening of a storage platform at Atyrau will help us reduce the delivery terms of pipe products to the western region of Kazakhstan, and also minimise clients’ expenses,” said Vera Smal, Interpipe’s director for industrial application sales. About 2,000 tonnes of pipe is already at the warehouse, the company said. Interpipe's other two Kazakh warehouses are in Almaty and in capital city Astana, the company said. ,
