Interpipe, one of the leading steel pipe and railway wheels producers, announces that it made a regular payment of Eurobond interest totalling USD 8,750,000 on August 1.

International ratings agency Standard & Poor’s has confirmed a positive rating of “B+/negative” for Ukrainian steel pipe and rail way wheels producer Interpipe.

Steel pipe and railway wheels producer Interpipe has announced the acquisition of 95.95% of the shares of OJSC “Dnepropetrovsk Vtormet” (Dneprovtormet), one of the largest scrap metal processing plants in Ukraine.

Interpipe is to start the realization of its educational program “Forward to the future together”. The program aims to provide high-quality training to university level students enabling them to become well-qualified employees in the company’s mills.
