EMPLOYEE`S EVALUATION INDICATORS
We evaluate Interpipe employees on the basis of their personnel efficiency and individual skills providing feedback at every stage. We feel that this is a key factor as far as rewarding and motivating an employee and improving an employee’s professional skills.  
The results assessment is based on measured quantitative and qualitative indicators of efficiency, applied to all employees whatever their position. 
The evaluation of our employees is based on their results and contribution to the company’s business. Together with labour quantity, these are the main guidelines for assessment at Interpipe. These factors directly influence the reward of employees.
