Gennady G. Gazin (1965), Chairman of Board Gennady Gazin was appointed to the Board of Directors of Interpipe Limited on 15 October 2007 and on 19 October he was elected by the Board as its Chairman. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of EastOne, an international investment advisory group, which was established in 2007 by Viktor Pinchuk to support new investments and the existing asset portfolio. Prior to joining EastOne, Mr. Gazin worked for McKinsey & Company (“McKinsey”), an international consultancy, in its New York and Moscow offices. He left as a senior partner in charge of the CIS practice of McKinsey & Company. During his 14 year consulting career, Mr. Gazin advised on a number of corporate transformations for some of the largest Russian and Ukrainian business groups. In 1993, Mr. Gazin graduated with an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Jean Pierre Saltiel (1937), Head of Nomination Committee
Jean Pierre Saltiel was appointed to the Board of Directors of Interpipe Limited on 30 November 2007. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of YES since 2004, and co-Chairman of the YES Ukrainian Economic Advisory Council since 2007. Mr. Saltiel served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France. He was also the Deputy Director of the Credit Industriel et Commercial, the Partner at maison Lazard et Cre, Paris, and President of the Rothschild Conseil International (1999-2004), France. He was educated in Paris at the Sorbonne University at the Faculty of Law and Economics, l'Institue d'Etudes Politiques, School of Oriental Languages. He received his Ph.D. in Economic history and also studied as "Aspirant" at the Moscow State University (MGU).
Olexandr I. Kirichko (1965), Member of the Board (CEO)
Olexandr Kirichko was appointed to the Board of Directors of Interpipe Limited on 15 October 2007 and on 19 October he was appointed by the Board as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has been responsible for the operations of the pipes and wheels businesses since 2003. Olexandr Kirichko has been working in the pipes and wheels business for 15 years. In 2004, he was awarded the Ukrainian State Award in the field of science and technology.
Andrei P. Dudnyk (1976), Member of the Board
Andrei Dudnyk was appointed to the Board of Directors of Interpipe Limited on 15 October 2007. He was appointed as Finance Director at EastOne in 2007, after having served in the same position with Interpipe Corporation. Prior to that, he worked as the Manager of Practices in Audit and Consulting Services for Ernst & Young Ukraine, where he managed financial reporting audit projects, consulting projects for large CIS production companies, and due diligence reviews. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Dudnyk worked as Auditor and Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen’s offices in Kiev and Zurich, where he coordinated auditing and special consulting projects for financial institutions and specialised investment funds, participated in complex financial instruments assessment and business modelling projects, as well as providing consulting advice on portfolio strategy issues. Mr. Dudnyk underwent training under the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and CFA Institute programmes. He is a Member of the ACCA and the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
