This mill specializes in the production of welded pipes for oil and gas, water transportation and welded pipes for wider industrial applications.
Production in 2006 = 242 000 tons
Product range:
- Welded pipes made of carbon and low-alloyed steel for pipelines from 159 to 530 mm with wall thickness from 4,5 to 12,7 mm and 1020 mm in diameter with wall thickness from 9,0 to 15,0 mm
- Welded pipes made of carbon and low-alloyed steel for industrial application from 21,3 to 114,3 mm with wall thickness from 1,8 to 4,5 mm, square rectangular in sizes 17х17 – 100х80 mm with wall thickness from 1,8 to 4,5 mm

- Pipe products in compliance with API 5L PSL 2, ASTM, EN (DIN), NF, GOST and customer specifications

A welding mill for high frequency welding manufactures pipes from 168 to 530 mm:
- Strip side edges cutting and milling unit
- 5-roll squeeze stand
- HFI welding generator
- Induction seam annealing
- Chamfering and hydrotesting line
- Non-destructive testing (ultrasonic and magnetic)
A welding mill for high frequency welding produces pipes up to 114,3 mm
A pipe welding mill for submerged arc welding used for production of large diameter welded pipe with outside diameter of 1020 mm
