 NEW PRODUCTS
Interpipe has started the production of boiler pipes from 18 up to 24 meters in length, from 31,8 to 114,3 mm in diameter according to ASTM, DIN, EN. Over 35 carbonaceous and alloyed steel grades are supposed to be used in production.
The new production line is situated at one of the company’s mills - Interpipe NIKO TUBE. The flow-chart includes hot rolling through piercing mill, continuous rolling mill and sizer. The equipment also includes pipe washing system, new finishing line, NDT by MAC (UT + EMI + grade verifica-tion) and revamping of existing heat treatment facilities. The line project facility is 30 ths. tubes per year.
