Interpipe has always dedicated a great deal of time and energy to providing the highest quality service to all our customers wherever they are in the world. Through regular face-to-face direct contact with our customers, we ensure that all queries and requests are dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally.
 
Logistics and delivery
Situated close to Europe and Asia, we can deliver to our customers by railway or by road depending on the type of cargo being transported and the customer’s location. Our logistical advantages is our  proximity to five deep Black and Azov sea ports, which are easily accessible from Dnepropetrovsk (itself situated on the Dneiper river). Our favourable geographical location reduces costs for our customers ensuring low prices.
 
An expanding global network
Interpipe is constantly expanding its sales operations by rapidly building on our existing strong bases in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America. Our sales force continues to grow, allowing us to meet our customers’ expectations wherever they are in the world. We now operate a sales network with offices in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Switzerland and the USA. Interpipe also operates fourteen large-scale warehouses in Ukraine. Our recently-opened Dubai office provides us with the extra logistical capacity to support our operations in the key Middle East market.
 
Third party inspection
Through regular face-to-face direct contact with our customers, we ensure that all queries and requests are dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally. On customer request we facilitate 3rd third party inspection by Bureau Veritas, SGS, Tuboscope, Bureau Franke, Moody International and Lloyds Register and others.
